Salary Grade Midpoint definition
Salary Grade Midpoint means the respective midpoint of the salary grade or the equivalent thereof of the Eligible Participant as of January 1 of the respective Incentive Year.
Salary Grade Midpoint means the midpoint of each Plan Participant's salary grade level as of the end of the year for which performance is being measured.
Salary Grade Midpoint means the midpoint of each Plan Participant's salary grade level as of the first day of the Performance Cycle.
