Salary Expense definition

Salary Expense means, with respect to any officer or employee of Buyer, the base wages paid by Buyer to such officer or employee for each full day on which such officer or employee was not able to perform his or her regular duties for Buyer due to his or her consultation with UICI or its authorized representatives.
