Coach will not be entitled to salary increases as provided in University Administrative Policy (UAP) 3500, Wage and Salary Administration, Section 4.1. Coach understands and agrees that this Contract does not guarantee or entitle Coach to any annual increases in base salary unless otherwise expressly provided in this Section.

The Appeals Board provided for in III.D and IV.I.4 Appeals Procedure of the Professional Staff Salary Administration Brochure shall be amended to provide that a neutral voting chairperson shall be chosen by the parties and shall be present to consider all appeals that come before the Board.
