Salaried Associate definition
Salaried Associate means a person engaged as such by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Micro who holds a supervisory position. Salaried Associates who are paid monthly are not covered by this Agreement.
Salaried Associate means an Associate who has been engaged on a salaried basis and whose conditions are set out in clause 4.5 of this Agreement. Such Associates may work on a Full Time or Part Time basis.

Provided that where a Salaried Associate works on a public holiday, they will receive a paid day in lieu.
