Salam Facility definition
Salam Facility means a financing arrangement constituted pursuant to the Transaction Documents whereby the Seller has agreed to sell to the Purchaser the Commodities on the basis of (a) immediate payment of the Salam Purchase Price (as stated in Clause 5 of the Contract) by the Purchaser to the Seller; (b) deferred delivery of the Commodities (as stated in the Delivery Schedule) by the Seller to the Purchaser; and
