Saito and “Handitags” means Saito Australia Pty Limited. “The Customer” means the person, company or other business to whom the products are supplied. “The Order” means a written or verbal order for supply made by the Customer to Saito. ”The Purchase Price” means the total price required by Saito for the supply of products made pursuant to the Order.
