• The obligation to keep information confidential will only extend to confidential information that (a) is marked as confidential at the time of disclosure or (b) is unmarked (e.g. orally/visually disclosed) but is treated by SAIT as confidential at the time of disclosure and is designated as confidential in a written memorandum provided within thirty (30) days of disclosure by SAIT, summarizing the confidential information sufficiently for identification.

• After the conclusion of a Research Project, SAIT may publish Project Results that have not been previously published.
