Examples of SAHO in a sentence

  • The adjudicator will hear presentations from the Union and SAHO in representation of the Employer and shall issue a written decision including rationale, no later than fifteen (15) calendar days after the hearing which will be binding to the parties.

  • Titles and rates of pay shall be subject to negotiation between the Union and SAHO in representation of the Employer for any new occupational group/classification/position and any reclassification of an existing occupational group/classification/position.

  • SAHO and the Employers recognize the union as the sole bargaining agent for all Employees within the scope of this Collective Bargaining Agreement.

  • For changes to an out-of-scope job title and when an out-of-scope classification is added, the Employer shall forward the new job description to the Negotiating Unit Chairperson with copies to the SGEU Staff Representative and SAHO.

  • HSAS, SAHO and the Employer agree to share with one another all the information they have gathered that is relevant to the matter before the adjudicator.

  • The committee shall be composed of representatives of the Employer and/or SAHO and representatives of the Union.
