SAFT Price definition
SAFT Price is the product of (A) the last price in U.S. dollars at which MATEs were sold by the Company upon or prior to the date of the Platform Launch (the “Platform Launch Price”) and (ii) the Discount Multiple.
Examples of SAFT Price in a sentence
If there is a Platform Launch before the expiration or termination of this instrument, the Company will automatically issue to the Investor a number of MATEs equal to the Purchase Amount divided by the SAFT Price at the 6 month Discount Multiple (the “Initial MATEs”).
