SAFPF definition
SAFPF means Substance Abuse Felony Punishment Facility. The SAFPF is an intensive, Therapeutic Community (TC) program where an Offender is sentenced by a judge as a condition of Community Supervision or as a modification of Parole/Community Supervision.
