Safety Law definition

Safety Law means any federal, state, local or foreign law, statute, ordinance, rule, regulation, order, decree, judgment, injunction, permit, license, authorization or other binding requirement, or common law, relating to food safety and quality, including during the growing, packing, storage, handling or transportation phases.
Safety Law means a Law relating to the safety of persons or property, including the Rail Safety Act and the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Qld).

  • Company has no Liability for damage to any site, location, or body of water (surface or subsurface), for any illness of or personal injury to any employee or other individual, or for any reason under any Environmental, Health, and Safety Law which could have a Material Adverse Effect.

  • Subrecipient shall maintain records showing contractor compliance with the Contract Work Hours and Work Safety Law.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by Law, Purchaser hereby waives and shall cause its Affiliates to waive all other rights and remedies with respect to any such matter, whether under any Laws (including any right or remedy under CERCLA or any other Environmental, Health and Safety Law), at common law or otherwise, including for rescission.

Safety Law means any Applicable Law in existence on the date of this Agreement relating to workplace health and safety;

Safety Law means the Russian Federal Law “On Industrial Safety of Dangerous Industrial Facilities” No. 116-FZ dated 21 July 1997, as amended;
Safety Law means any federal, state, local or other law, statute, rule, ordinance or regulation or any common law (now or hereafter in effect) pertaining to public or worker health, welfare or safety, including but not limited to the OSHA.
