Safety Guarantee definition

Safety Guarantee has the meaning set forth in Section 6.9(c);

  • If Parent is unable to effect such a substitution and release with respect to any Safety Guarantee, Parent shall indemnify Receiver and its Subsidiaries against any and all losses and expenses arising from such Safety Guarantee.
