safety critical component definition
safety critical component means components for which a single failure has a credible potential to lead directly to a serious accident as defined in Article 2 letter (z) of ATMF. The definition of ‘safety-critical component’ provided for in section 4.2.12.1 of Annex to the Regulation (EU) No 1302/2014(2) shall apply. (f) ‘registrar of the ECM register’ means the entity keeping the register referred to in Article 13 § 1a of ATMF.
