Privacy and Security Laws definition

Privacy and Security Laws means applicable Laws that govern the Processing, privacy or security of Personal Information.
Privacy and Security Laws means any and all international, local, country-specific, or U.S. State or Federal laws, regulations, directives, standards, guidelines, policies, or procedures, as amended, applicable to Supplier pertaining to the security, confidentiality, or privacy of Buyer Data.
Privacy and Security Laws means Laws regarding collecting, accessing, using, disclosing, electronically transmitting, securing, sharing, transferring, storing, or other Processing of Personal Information, including federal, state or foreign Laws or regulations regarding (i) data privacy and information security, (ii) data breach notification (as applicable), and/or (iii) trespass, computer crime and other Laws to the extent governing unauthorized access to or use of Personal Information.

More Definitions of Privacy and Security Laws

Privacy and Security Laws has the meaning set forth in Section 4.21(f).
Privacy and Security Laws means all (a) Regulations regarding (i) collecting, accessing, using, disclosing, electronically transmitting, securing, sharing, retaining, destroying, and transferring and storing Personal Information, (ii) data breach notification, and (iii) direct marketing by electronic means and the placing and storing of information on user devices and (b) trespass, computer crime and other Regulations governing unauthorized access to or use of electronic data.
Privacy and Security Laws means any applicable data privacy, data security, or data protection law or regulation in the United States of America, including, without limitation, HIPAA.
Privacy and Security Laws means any Laws regarding collecting, accessing, using, disclosing, electronically transmitting, securing, sharing, transferring and storing Personal Information, including federal, state or foreign Laws and/or regulations regarding (a) data privacy and information security, (b) data breach notification (as applicable), and/or (c) trespass, computer crime and other Laws governing unauthorized access to or use of electronic data.
Privacy and Security Laws means all applicable Legal Requirements and guidance issued by a Governmental Authority concerning the privacy or security of Personal Information, and all regulations promulgated and guidance issued by any Governmental Authority thereunder, including but not limited to HIPAA, the Federal Trade Commission Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, state privacy Legal Requirements, state data security Legal Requirements, state data breach notification Legal Requirements and state health information Legal Requirements.
Privacy and Security Laws means U.S. federal, state and local and non-U.S. laws, including those of the European Union, that regulate the privacy or security of Personal Data and that are directly applicable to CrowdStrike.
