Safekeeping Items definition

Safekeeping Items means any and all property subject to the Uniform Act as amended and includes Contents, held by a Holder in safekeeping until delivery to the State Treasurer’s Office can be accomplished.

Related to Safekeeping Items

  • Escrow Items means those items that are described in Section 3.

  • Common Safekeeper means an ICSD in its capacity as common safekeeper or a person nominated by the ICSDs to perform the role of common safekeeper;

  • Transit vehicle means a bus, rapid transit vehicle, railroad car, street railway car, water vehicle, taxicab, or other type of public transportation vehicle or individual unit, whether operated singly or in a group that provides public transportation.

  • Contract Funds means the funds that have been appropriated, designated, encumbered, or otherwise made available for payment by the State under this Contract.

  • Direct filtration means a series of processes including coagulation and filtration but excluding sedimentation resulting in substantial particulate removal.
