Data Safeguards means the highest industry-standard safeguards (including administrative, physical, technical, and procedural safeguards) against the destruction, loss, misuse, unauthorized disclosure, or alteration of the JBE Data or Confidential Information, and such other related safeguards that are set forth in Applicable Laws, a Statement of Work, or pursuant to JBE policies or procedures.
Safeguarding means measures or controls that are prescribed to protect information systems.
Technological safeguards means the technology and the policy and procedures for use of the technology to protect and control access to personal information.
Technical safeguards means the technology and the policy and procedures for its use that 27 protect electronic PHI and control access to it.
Physical Safeguards are physical measures, policies, and procedures to protect CONTRACTOR’s electronic information systems and related buildings and equipment, from natural and environmental hazards, and unauthorized intrusion.
Safeguard means any procedures, practices, or actions with respect to the Project, a Site or Work for the purpose of preventing, mitigating, or containing foreseeable accidents, injuries, damage, release of hazardous material or environmental harm.
Indigenous Peoples Safeguards means the principles and requirements set forth in Chapter V, Appendix 3, and Appendix 4 (as applicable) of the SPS;
Customer information systems means any methods used to access, collect, store, use, transmit, protect, or dispose of customer in- formation.
XXXXX System means the XXXXX filing system of the Commission and the rules and regulations pertaining thereto promulgated by the Commission in Regulation S-T under the Securities Act and the Exchange Act, in each case as the same may be amended or succeeded from time to time (and without regard to format).
E-Verify system means an Internet-based system operated by the United States Department of Homeland Security that allows participating employers to electronically verify the employment eligibility of newly hired employees; and
Operating Procedures means the standard internal operating procedures and compliance policies established by the Company to implement the Compliance Plan.
SDX System means the system used by NERC to exchange system data.
Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;
Grid System means STU / MSEDCL power transmission system / distribution system through which Delivered Energy is evacuated and distributed.
Standard Operating Procedures or “SOP” means the procedures as specified in the Annexes or Attachments to the relevant Schedules;
Security System means the building access control system developed by Alya and known as the O.P.E.N.centrix-Open Platform for Essential Network, which includes, without limitation, the Application Software, the firmware containing the Application Software, the O.P.E.N.cortex platform software and all hardware related thereto; and
Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.
Customer Information means any information contained on a customer’s application or other form and all nonpublic personal information about a customer that a Party receives from the other Party. Customer Information shall include, but not be limited to, name, address, telephone number, social security number, health information, and personal financial information (which may include a Masterworks user account number).
911 system means the set of network, database and customer premise equipment (CPE) components required to provide 911 service.
Standard Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Standard Software.
Contractor System means the information and communications technology system used by the Contractor in performing the Services including the Software, the Contractor Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Authority System).
IT System means the configuration of computer components comprising all the software owned by, or licensed to you by a third party (and any updates and enhancements to it), all hardware, telecommunications and network equipment used by you, together with any asset which relies in any respect on computer hardware or other information technology (whether embedded or not) which links the different parts of the system together;
Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.
Contractor information system means an information system belonging to, or operated by or for, the Contractor.
Record system means any group of records under the control of the division from which a record may be retrieved by a personal identifier such as the name of an individual, number, symbol, or other unique retriever assigned to an individual.
Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.
