Safeguard Process definition

Safeguard Process means the Procédure de Sauvegarde that commenced on 2 August 2006 under the Safeguard Law in relation to certain members of the Eurotunnel Group and the term Safeguard Process shall also include the process of implementation of the Safeguard Plan.

Related to Safeguard Process

  • Technological safeguards means the technology and the policy and procedures for use of the technology to protect and control access to personal information.

  • Technical safeguards means the technology and the policy and procedures for its use that 27 protect electronic PHI and control access to it.

  • Data Safeguards means the highest industry-standard safeguards (including administrative, physical, technical, and procedural safeguards) against the destruction, loss, misuse, unauthorized disclosure, or alteration of the JBE Data or Confidential Information, and such other related safeguards that are set forth in Applicable Laws, a Statement of Work, or pursuant to JBE policies or procedures.

  • Safeguards Monitoring Report means each report prepared and submitted by the Borrower to ADB that describes progress with implementation of and compliance with the EMP and the RP, including any corrective and preventative actions;

  • Agreed Process means any process agreed between the parties in respect of a Dispute other than the Dispute Resolution Procedure, as may be amended between the parties.
