Safeguard Document definition

Safeguard Document means the ESIA, the ARAP or any supplemental social and environmental safeguard document as required under the terms of any of the ESIA or ARAP.

  • The Recipient shall not amend, abrogate or waive, or permit to be amended, abrogated or waived, the ESMF, the Process Framework and any Safeguard Document adopted or to be adopted in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 2 of this Part D, unless the Bank has provided its prior approval thereof in writing, and the Recipient has complied with the same consultation and disclosure requirements as applicable to the original adoption of the said instruments.

  • The Recipient shall: no later than six (6) months after the Effective Date, adopt and publicly disclose the ESMF and RPF; and prior to commencing any activities under Parts A, B(ii), B(iii), B(iv), B(v) and C(iii) of the Project (including commencing any procurement processes relating thereto) adopt and publicly disclose the relevant Safeguard Document and thereafter implement the Project in accordance with the guidelines, procedures, timetables and other specifications set forth therein.

  • In case of changes/additions/updates/revisions/additional work requests, the Beneficiary shall revise the relevant Environmental and Social Safeguard Document in a way that defines this request together with its justifications and evaluations, including explanations, and submit it to the RSM Unit for approval.

  • The Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Environmental and Social Management Framework (“ESMF”), Process Framework and any other Safeguard Document prepared or to be prepared by the Recipient in accordance with sub-paragraph 2 below.

  • Award Document means the document signed by the Agency and the Purchasing Division, and approved as to form by the Attorney General, that identifies the Vendor as the contract holder.

  • Data Safeguards means the highest industry-standard safeguards (including administrative, physical, technical, and procedural safeguards) against the destruction, loss, misuse, unauthorized disclosure, or alteration of the JBE Data or Confidential Information, and such other related safeguards that are set forth in Applicable Laws, a Statement of Work, or pursuant to JBE policies or procedures.
