  • The employer will provide the following: • Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and labels for controlled products used, handled and stored in the workplace • Instructions, and training on Safe Work Procedures (SWP).

  • Under the Workplace Safety and Health Act, every contractor must submit the Risk Assessment (RA) and Safe Work Procedures (SWPs) to the organiser prior to the commencement work.

  • The Contractor will implement and comply with the Safe Work Procedures, and require all Contractor Persons to comply with the Safe Work Procedures, prepared and as may be amended from time to time in accordance with the requirements of this Schedule 10 [Safety].

Related to Safe Work Procedures

  • Staff Vetting Procedures means the Authority’s procedures for the vetting of personnel and as advised to the Contractor by the Authority.

  • Policies and Procedures means the written policies and procedures of the Client in any way related to the Services, including any such policies and procedures contained in the Organic Documents and the Offering Documents.
