Safe Work Procedures definition

Safe Work Procedures or “SWP” means a safe work procedure prepared by Design-Builder in accordance with Section 3.4 [Safe Work Procedures] of Schedule 11 [Construction Safety Requirements].
Safe Work Procedures has the meaning set out in Schedule 10 [Safety]; “Safety Area” has the meaning set out in Schedule 10 [Safety];
Safe Work Procedures means any safe work procedures or safe work method statement prepared by or on behalf of the User to satisfy the requirements of OSH Legislation and relevant to the Permitted Use.

  • The Contractor will retain a Qualified Industrial Hygienist to address all known Specialized Hazards by preparing Safe Work Procedures, including, as applicable, testing, sampling and air monitoring using equipment, devices, methods and procedures that meet the requirements of all applicable Safety Regulations, including the OHSR requirements.

  • Under the Workplace Safety and Health Act, every contractor must submit the Risk Assessment (RA) and Safe Work Procedures (SWPs) to the organiser prior to the commencement work.

  • The Contractor will implement and comply with the Safe Work Procedures, and require all Contractor Persons to comply with the Safe Work Procedures, prepared and as may be amended from time to time in accordance with the requirements of this Schedule 10 [Safety].

Related to Safe Work Procedures

  • Staff Vetting Procedures means the Authority’s procedures for the vetting of personnel and as advised to the Contractor by the Authority.

  • Policies and Procedures means the written policies and procedures of the Client in any way related to the Services, including any such policies and procedures contained in the Organic Documents and the Offering Documents.

  • Operation Procedures means the procedures contained in Annexure A hereto which the Contractor is obliged to follow when performing work on behalf of the company

  • AML/KYC Procedures means the customer due diligence (CDD) procedures of a Reporting Financial Institution pursuant to the anti-money laundering or similar requirements of the jurisdiction concerned to which such Reporting Financial Institution is subject.
