Legislation compelling the establishment of a Safe School Committee designates the composition of the committee which is to include an equal number of teachers, parents of children affected, and students.
Accordingly, the parties to the Master Contract agree that the District shall designate the number of committee members, if in excess of six (6) members, which shall compose each school sites Safe School Committee.
