Safe Learning Environment definition

Safe Learning Environment means one in which every student is provided with the opportunity to develop spiritually, academically, emotionally, and physically in a supportive atmosphere free of intimidation and abuse.
Safe Learning Environment means a learning environment where it is clarified that learners feel physically and psychologically safe to make decisions, take actions and interact in the simulation; A learning environment of mutual respect, support, and respectful communication among supervisors and participants;
Safe Learning Environment. In accordance with M.S. 121A.64 and School District policy, the school administration will inform building teachers of students whose conduct indicates dangerous behavior or who have carried weapons onto school grounds. Teachers shall maintain the confidentiality of such information. In accordance with M.S. 121A.65 and School District policy, staff representatives will confer with the School District to review the Student Discipline policy.
