Safe Harbor Program definition

Safe Harbor Program shall have the meaning provided in Section 16.9(a).
Safe Harbor Program means individually and collectively the U.S.-E.U. Safe Harbor Framework and the U.S.-Swiss Safe Harbor Framework developed by the U.S. Department of Commerce in consultation with, respectively, the European Commission and the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner of Switzerland.
Safe Harbor Program means a Program that meets the requirements of Section 2.02 and IRS Revenue Procedure 2014-35, as the same may hereafter be amended. Need shall be presumed for Assistance provided under a Safe Harbor Program.
