SAFE Group definition

SAFE Group means SAFE and each Person that is a Subsidiary of SAFE, including, after the effective time of the Merger, SAFE and each Person that is a Subsidiary of SAFE.

Examples of SAFE Group in a sentence

  • None of the foregoing has any grounded reason to bring any action or claim against the SAFE Group Companies in relation to his/her employment/other relationship.

  • Except as disclosed in Schedule 6.13(d), no assessment, injunction, or request for payment from any Governmental Authority is pending and no written notice of any such assessment, injunction, or request for payment has been received by the SAFE Group Companies.

  • Moreover, LR makes no representation and gives no warranty, express or implied, to CE and NewCo with respect to financial or economic projections, estimates, analyses, budgets, business plans or management analyses or to the future profitability, revenues, results of operations, cash flows, or financial or trading performance, conditions or prospects of any of the SAFE Group Companies.
