Safe Food Pro means Safe Food Pro Australia Pty Ltd ACN 638 933 687 and our Related Entities.
Safe Food Pro means Safe Food Pro Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 638 933 687), and its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors and assignees.
Safe Food Pro means SafeFoodPro Limited, a New Zealand company, having its principal place of business at Level 2, 84 Mokoia Rd, Birkenhead, Auckland, New Zealand, and its successors and assignees.

  • Safe Food Pro sets minimum requirements in regard to these third party software products, and updates to the Application may require you to, independently and at your own expense, source and install updates to any or all of these third party software products.

  • Safe Food Pro hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable to permit the Users to use the Application, solely for your own internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

  • Safe Food Pro will invoice you for the Fees, and you must pay any such Fees (without any deduction, setoff or counterclaim) within 30 days following its receipt of an invoice from Safe Food Pro for such Fees.

  • You acknowledge that a breach of this clause may cause Safe Food Pro irreparable damage for which monetary damages may not be an adequate remedy.

  • Safe Food Pro may vary its fees and charges and introduce new charges upon at least 30 days’ prior notice to you.

  • Safe Food Pro will not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under or in connection with these Terms (or any associated agreement or document) where that performance is delayed, prevented, restricted or interfered with as a result of a Force Majeure Event.

  • You grant Safe Food Pro a non-exclusive perpetual licence to host and store Your Data for the sole purpose of providing the Services, and Safe Food Pro may sublicense these rights to Safe Food Pro’s subcontractors.

Related to Safe Food Pro

  • Food processing plant means a commercial operation that manufactures, packages, labels or stores food for human consumption and does not provide food directly to a consumer. “Food processing plant” does not include any of the following:

  • Flood Program means the National Flood Insurance Program created by the U.S. Congress pursuant to the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968, the Flood Disaster Protection Act of 1973, the National Flood Insurance Reform Act of 1994 and the Flood Insurance Reform Act of 2004, in each case as amended from time to time, and any successor statutes.

  • Established geographic service area means a geographic area, as approved by the Commissioner and based on the carrier's certificate of authority to transact insurance in this state, within which the carrier is authorized to provide coverage;

  • Severe food allergy means a dangerous or life-threatening reac- tion of the human body to a food-borne allergen introduced by in- halation, ingestion, or skin contact that requires immediate medical attention.

  • Mobile food unit means a vehicle-mounted food service establishment designed to be readily movable.

  • Regulatory Flood Protection Elevation means the “Base Flood Elevation” plus the “Freeboard”. In “Special Flood Hazard Areas” where Base Flood Elevations (BFEs) have been determined, this elevation shall be the BFE plus two (2) feet of freeboard. In “Special Flood Hazard Areas” where no BFE has been established, this elevation shall be at least two (2) feet above the highest adjacent grade.

  • Transit village means a community with a bus, train, light rail,

  • Retail food establishment means an operation that sells or offers to sell food directly to a consumer. Retail food establishment includes both a retail grocery and a food service establishment but does not include a food processing plant.

  • Participating Retail Health Clinic means a Retail Health Clinic which has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Floodplain or flood-prone area means any land area susceptible to being inundated by water from any source. See "Flood or flooding."

  • Non-Participating Retail Health Clinic means a Retail Health Clinic which does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Non-Retail Behind The Meter Generation means Behind the Meter Generation that is used by municipal electric systems, electric cooperatives, or electric distribution companies to serve load.

  • low protein modified food product means a food product that is specially formulated to have less than one gram of protein per serving and is intended to be used under the direction of a Practitioner for the dietary treatment of an inherited metabolic disease, but does not include a natural food that is naturally low in protein; and

  • Flood proofing means any combination of structural and non-structural additions, changes, or adjustments to structures which reduce or eliminate flood damage to real estate or improved real property, water and sanitary facilities, structures and their contents.

  • Participating Retail Store means any one of the Australian retail stores trading under the following trading names that is authorised by Breville to sell Participating Products and has been invited by the Promoter to participate in the Promotion:

  • Adult foster care facility means an adult foster care facility licensed under the adult foster care facility licensing act, 1979 PA 218, MCL 400.701 to 400.737.

  • Community mental health program means all mental health

  • Existing Manufactured Home Park or Manufactured Home Subdivision means a manufactured home park or subdivision for which the construction of facilities for servicing the lots on which the manufactured homes are to be affixed (including, at a minimum, the installation of utilities, the construction of streets, and either final site grading or the pouring of concrete pads) was completed before the initial effective date of the floodplain management regulations adopted by the community.

  • Retail location means a facility listed under NFPA 1124, 7.1.2.

  • Common Language Location Identifier (CLLI means the codes that provide a unique eleven (11) character representation of a network interconnection point. The first eight (8) characters identify the city, state and building location, while the last three (3) characters identify the network component.

  • Channel migration zone (CMZ) means the area where the active channel of a stream is prone to move and this results in a potential near-term loss of riparian function and associated habitat adjacent to the stream, except as modified by a permanent levee or dike.   • Retail marijuana store means an entity licensed to purchase marijuana from marijuana cultivation facilities and marijuana and marijuana products from marijuana product manufacturing facilities and to sell marijuana and marijuana products to consumers.

  • Grocery store means any retail establishment, the business of which consists of the sale of food, food products, or beverages for consumption off the premises.

  • Retail Store – means any business facility that sells goods directly to the consumer whether for or not-for-profit, including, but not limited to, retail stores, restaurants, pharmacies, convenience and grocery stores, liquor stores, as well as seasonal and temporary businesses.

  • Public School Student Accessing Courses at a Distance means a student who is scheduled for a full course load through the District and attends all classes virtually.
