Safariland or “Respondent Safariland” means Safariland, LLC, its directors, managers, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns; and the joint ventures, subsidiaries, partnerships, divisions, groups, and affiliates controlled by Safariland, LLC, and the respective directors, managers, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns of each.
