• Subject to the other terms and conditions of this Application, CEI proposes to offer a Special Arrangements for Economic Development (SAED) program for new and expanding businesses applicable to General Service customers served under rate schedules which have a demand charge.

• Additionally, the District will absorb the cost of PERA of .9% to cover the SAED increase effective January 2014.

• The Recipient shall enter into agreements with SAED and ▇▇▇▇▇, respectively, in form and substance acceptable to the Association, for the implementation of some of the activities to be carried out under Parts A, B and C of the Project.
