SAC Agreement definition

SAC Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.
SAC Agreement means the Santiago Aqueduct Commission Joint Powers Agreement, dated September 11, 1961, as amended December 20, 1974, January 13, 1978, November 1, 1978, September 1, 1981, October 22, 1986, and July 8, 1999, and as may hereafter be amended.
