  • The following Support Services (“Basic Support”) are to be performed by the RichRelevance support desk as part of the base SaaS Subscription Fee: • RichRelevance Dashboard administration; • Merchandising rules assistance (but not creation); • Questions regarding feed or product pricing; • General questions on application of rules such as rule and recommendation explanations; • General reporting questions; and • Strategy messaging, enablement/disablement and prioritization.
