Solution” means the software application delivered through a SaaS distribution model in which an Application Service Provider or Cloud Service Provider makes centrally hosted software applications available to customers over the Internet, providing access to and use of a fully maintained, automatically upgraded, up-to-date Solution, technical support services, as well as physically and electronically secure information technology infrastructure, all included in the subscription service.
