SAAE means Serviço Autônomo de Água e Esgoto, the autonomous water and sanitation service to be created under Part 3(b) of the Project and in accordance with the provisions of Law 11.107, for the purposes of providing and regulating water and sanitation services in the Alto Solimões Region.
