SA School definition
SA School or the “Programme”) You agree that, by making payment online, you will have voluntarily entered into a legally binding contract with the Coach. By purchasing Separation Problem Treatment Programme, you agree that your participation in the Programme will be governed by the Terms of Service and the following Client Agreement. The Client understands that they are enrolling in a 3 month Programme as part of Separation Problem Treatment Programme. The Client acknowledges that they have completed all prior reading and and any additional re- search and understands what is being provided by Separation Problem Treatment Programme and what is not being provided by Separation Problem Treatment Programme. A Veterinary Referral is required for this Programme as per the Association of Pet Behaviour Counsellors (APBC) Code of Conduct.The relevant forms and information will be provided to the Client as part of the Programme. If this is refused by the Client or the Veterinary Surgeon, and/or the Client is unable to use a Vet- erinary Surgeon who will complete the referral, then the Coach can limit the programme so that it is delivered to ensure they meet the APBC guidelines, including but not limited to any 1:1 calls, video consultations, contact days, video analysis. The Coach may share a summary to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇- ▇▇▇▇ Surgeon if required which does not disclose any sensitive information from the Client.
