SA Data definition

SA Data means the existing and available dossiers containing the technical, biological, physical, safety, quality control, preclinical and clinical data used by any member of the Seller Group to obtain and maintain the Specified Authorisations;
SA Data means the data processed in SA or Contractor hardware as part of the Hourglass Service.

  • Pursuant to this Agreement, Contractor may create, access, receive or maintain TAMU- SA Data on behalf of TAMU-SA that is subject to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (20 U.S.C. § 1232g; 34 CFR Part 99) (“FERPA”) or contains personally identifiable information (as such term is defined in FERPA).

  • Following this report, Contractor will conduct a timely and thorough investigation in an attempt to identify: (i) the nature of the unauthorized use or disclosure, (ii) the TAMU- SA Data used or disclosed, and (iii) who made the unauthorized use or received the unauthorized disclosure.

  • OLO acknowledges and agrees that the MTN SA Data is the Confidential Information of MTN SA.

  • DOC will review, analyze, and use all SA Data, including incident-based and aggregated data, to assess and improve the effectiveness of its sexual abuse prevention, detection, and response policies, practices, and training.
