  • S4C = Percentage of size 4C x 1.5 sq mm signalling cable shall govern the priceadjustment of the contract price for signalling & telecommunication works.

  • No replacement for any Key Personnel shall be permitted to participate in the provision of the Services unless S4C has given its prior written approval of such replacement.

  • The measurement of the Fault Resolution Time will run from the point at which the corresponding call or email is received by the Supplier and will end when S4C has in its reasonable opinion received a satisfactory Fault Resolution to the Fault in question.

  • The Company shall use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that such Staff as may reasonably be requested by S4C shall attend such a meeting.
