S3 Financial Statements definition
S3 Financial Statements means the following financial statements that are included with the S3 Disclosure Schedule: (a) the balance sheet of S3 as of December 31, 2004, and the related statements of operations, shareholders' equity and cash flows for the year then ended, together with the report of S3’s independent auditors on such financial statements; and (b) the balance sheet of S3 as of September 30, 2005 and the related statements of operations and cash flows for the nine months then ended.
