S-Product definition
S-Product means any product used or useful for the stabilization of nucleic acids in samples that is not physically or chemically linked to, or otherwise sold or designed for use with, a product used for the collection of nucleic acid comprising samples or the isolation and purification of nucleic acids in samples.

In connection with the license described in Section 9.1.1 (ii) above, the Joint Venture shall pay QIAGEN GmbH a royalty based on Net Sales of each Combined Product, S-Product, P-Product or S/P Product which is a Royalty-Bearing Product sold during the applicable License Term by the Joint Venture equal to the Applicable Royalty Rate.
