s Premium definition

s Premium means that percentage of the Winner's Bid Amount as identified on the Sale Overview and Lot Page. Buyer’s Premium is payable by the winning bidder of an Online Auction. The Buyer's Premium is payable in addition to and at the same time as the Winner's Bid Amount, and will form part of the total Invoice Amount to be paid by the winning bidder for the purchase of the sale lot.
