s Charge means the value of the Property as at the date of Completion as evidenced by the valuation report annexed to the Certificate of Practical Completion Energy Performance Certificate: a certificate as defined in regulation 2(1) of the Energy Performance of Buildings (England and Wales) Regulations 2012 (SI 2012/3118)

Related to s Charge

  • Sales Charge and "Dealer Commission" apply only to the Load Funds and the CDSC Funds. All commissions and concessions are subject to change without notice by us and will comply with any changes in regulatory requirements. You agree that you will not combine customer orders to reach breakpoints in commissions for any purpose whatsoever unless authorized by the Prospectus or by us in writing.

  • Access Charge has the meaning set out in Clause 6.1;

  • Monthly Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Article 5.

  • Room charge means the charge imposed for the use or occupancy of a room, excluding charges for food, beverages, state use tax, telephone service, or like services paid in connection with the room charge, and reimbursement of the assessment as allowed in section 6.

  • Daily Charge means any of the User's Daily General Charge and, in respect of Passenger Operators, the Daily Long Term Charge, as the context requires;
