RZMA definition

RZMA means that certain Root Zone Services Maintainer Agreement, dated as of 28 September 2016, between ICANN and VeriSign, Inc.

  • The RZMA Coordination Committee shall meet at least quarterly (or at such other times as it may determine).

  • The RZMA Coordination Committee shall review the Parties’ overall relationship under this Agreement, attempt to resolve any outstanding issues (including any disputes relating to this Agreement pursuant to Section 7(g) (Dispute Resolution)), and consider such other issues as either Party may from time to time desire, including potential Additional Services, such as improvements or enhancements.

  • This Agreement and the RZMA, together with the schedules and attachments annexed thereto and the documents incorporated herein or therein by reference, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all past contracts, representations, and agreements with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement.

  • If the RZMA Coordination Committee is unable to resolve the dispute within fifteen (15) calendar days after the date that one Party delivered written notification to the other Party of the dispute, either Party may bring such dispute to mediation pursuant to Section 7(g)(ii) below.

  • Verisign shall review such Service Level Credit Request and will use its commercially reasonable efforts to either (1) if Verisign determines that it failed to meet a Service Level, provide the Service Credit pursuant to Section 3(a)(i) above or (2) if Verisign determines that it did not fail to meet a Service Level, refer the matter to the RZMA Coordination Committee for resolution.

  • ICANN may unilaterally amend any and all terms of this Agreement in connection with any amendment or modification to the RZMA, or in connection with any additional services agreed between ICANN and Verisign under the RZMA.

  • At its regular meetings, the RZMA Coordination Committee will discuss potential Change Requests and how to prioritize and place such Change Requests on a roadmap for implementation.

  • If ICANN determines that PTI has failed to perform any obligation under the RZMA, ICANN may perform such obligation under the RZMA.

  • PTI agrees to comply with the terms of the license as set forth under Section 4(b) of the RZMA.

  • PTI shall fully cooperate and consult with ICANN in connection with the resolution of any such dispute under the terms of RZMA.
