RX Options definition

RX Options means all options to purchase, acquire or otherwise receive shares of RX Common Stock (whether or not vested) that are held by current or former employees or directors of or consultants to RX, but excluding all RX Warrants.

Related to RX Options

  • Company Stock Options means all options to acquire shares of Company Common Stock from the Company, whether granted pursuant to the Company Stock Plans or otherwise.

  • Stock Options means the collective reference to "Incentive Stock Options" and "Other Stock Options".

  • Options means any rights, warrants or options to subscribe for or purchase shares of Common Stock or Convertible Securities.

  • Vested Options means the Options that have vested in accordance with Section 1.3 of this Agreement.

  • 3(i) Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 3(i) of the Ordinance to any person who is Non- Employee.
