Rx Only means a drug which,:

This definition includes sewers, pipes, or other conveyances only if they convey wastewater to a POTW providing treatment.

  • Copayment means that you pay a fixed amount each time you fill a prescription.

  • Publicly Owned Treatment Works (POTW means a treatment works as defined by § 212 of the CWA, which is owned by a state or municipality (as defined by § 502(4) of the CWA). It also includes sewers, pipes, and other conveyances only if they convey wastewater to a POTW treatment plant. The foregoing is not intended to apply to claims alleging contamination of products.

  • R&W Policy means a representation and warranty insurance policy for the benefit of Buyer obtained in connection with this Agreement on the terms described on Schedule 1.01 of the Buyer Disclosure Schedule.

  • Sadomasochistic abuse means actual or explicitly simulated flagellation or torture by or upon a person who is nude or clad in undergarments, a mask or bizarre costume, or the condition of being fettered, bound or otherwise physically restrained on the part of one so clothed.

  • Health screening means the use of one or more diagnostic tools to test a person for the presence or precursors of a particular disease.

  • Company SEC Reports shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.8(a).

  • Proprietary Software means computer software developed for and owned by the Failed Bank for its own purpose and use.

  • Applicable Guidelines means the policies of the Bank governing the selection and Contract award process as set forth in this RFP.
