  • In the event that the screening process carried out determines that a proposed RWSS Subproject, UWSS Subproject or WRM Subproject would have a potential negative environmental or social impact, the Recipient shall ensure that an ESMP that is satisfactory to the Association is prepared and implemented to mitigate against such negative impacts in accordance with the ESMF.

  • The Project Implementing Entity shall take all necessary steps to ensure that the number of RWSS sector investment schemes that are prepared and implemented outside of the SWAp Basket is reduced during the period of Project implementation in such amount as shall be necessary to meet the corresponding Project performance indicator, but in no event shall the amount of ongoing investment schemes exceed CR550.

  • The Recipient shall continue to allocate, from its own resources, an adequate operating budget to the RWSS Monitoring and Evaluation Unit within MPPW to carry out RWSS sector monitoring.

  • The Recipient shall establish the RWSS Sector monitoring and evaluation system in operational manner by July 16, 2009, or such later date as agreed with the Association.

  • PIUs shall be responsible for assessing the availability of spare parts and preparing a spare parts supply plan consistent with the RWSS method being used.

  • BPSS means the recognised standard for HMG for staff vetting which comprises verification of (1) identity, (2) employment history, (3) nationality and immigration status (including the right to work), and Criminal Records Bureau check (including a five (5) year address history check).
