RWB definition

RWB means the Rwanda Water Resources Board established pursuant to Law N° 71/2019 of 21/01/2020 determining its mission and responsibilities with goal to ensure sufficient water resources for long-term economic growth and to reduce the impact of flooding and landslide risks.
RWB has the meaning set forth in the first paragraph of this agreement;
RWB means a Board established under the Waterworks Act, Chapter 72:01 of the laws of the Recipient, to provide water supply and water-borne sanitation services in its respective designated water areas in Malawi, and for purposes of this Agreement means, individually, the Northern Region Water Board, the Central Region Water Board and the Southern Region Water Board, as the case may be, and includes any successor thereto, and Regional Water Boards shall mean such Regional Water Boards, collectively.

  • In the performance of its duties hereunder, RWB shall be obligated to exercise due care and diligence and to act in a timely manner and in good faith to assure the accuracy and completeness of all services performed under this Agreement.

  • RWB shall be responsible for its own negligent failure to perform its duties under this Agreement.

  • In addition, a full or partial surrender of PUAR/VABR values (or of a paid-up or non-forfeiture policy) on the same life is considered rollover money if it falls within the RWB window, even if the old policy is not otherwise changed or "rewritten." NEW MONEY is any amount used to pay premium or deposits on a New or Existing Product that is not Old Money.

  • RWB hereby represents and warrants to and in favour of NewCo and acknowledges that NewCo is relying upon such representation and warranty, that RWB is duly authorized to execute and deliver this Agreement and this Agreement is a valid and binding agreement, enforceable against RWB in accordance with its terms.

RWB means the invoicing entity named in the invoice issued to Customer, being Race Winning Brands Europe B.V., Haltech GmbH or Haltech UK. “Customer” means the counterparty of RWB who places an order or with whom a Contract is concluded.
