RWANDATEL definition

RWANDATEL means the Société Rwandaise de Télécommunications or the Rwandan Telecommunications Company; and
RWANDATEL means the joint stock company in charge of telecommunications services, or any successor thereof, operating pursuant to the Presidential Decree No. 85 of March 2, 1993, as the same may be amended from time to time;
RWANDATEL means the Borrower’s telecommunications company established and operating pursuant to the Borrower’s Law - Decree of 17/6/76 relating to telecommunications and confirmed by Law No. 01/82 of January 26, 1982 relating to institutional reform of telecommunications; and

  • India means the territory of India and includes the territorial sea and airspace above it, as well as any other maritime zone in which India has sovereign rights, other rights and jurisdiction, according to the Indian law and in accordance with international law, including the U.N. Convention on the Law of the Sea;

  • nominee company means a corporate body registered or having an established place of business in England and Wales which holds title to property for another;
