Certified copies of all cover notes and insurance policies must be sent to RVBC upon request.
If a customer commences legal proceedings against the Licensee, the Licensee must notify RVBC immediately and RVBC shall have the option of conducting the proceedings on the Licensee’s behalf.
The Licensee must use its best endeavours to ensure that any third party co-operates with RVBC and complies with RVBC’s instructions and requests in this regard.

It is expected that the operator will possess or will obtain and maintain a minimum rating of 4 on the national food hygiene rating scheme, as assessed by RVBC Environmental Health team.
RVBC is the owner of the Site of which the Designated Space forms part.
