  • Any WCC Investor, BBH Investor or RVAC Investor who disposes of all of its Common Stock or Preferred Stock shall automatically cease to be a Party to this Agreement and have no further rights or obligations hereunder as a WCC Investor, BBH Investor or RVAC Investor, as applicable.
