Russian Assets definition

Russian Assets means assets, undertakings or revenues which are permitted, under applicable Russian law, to be subject to Security, present or future, of the Borrower or the government thereof;
Russian Assets means the “Aircraft” as defined in the Participation Agreement. “Sales and Services Taxes” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.3(a).

  • GTS Equipment does hereby transfer, assign, convey and deliver to GT Equipment all the Russian Assets and Liabilities.
