RUSH HOURS definition
RUSH HOURS means the hours from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and the hours from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Mondays through Fridays (other than Holidays), (II) the term "MID-DAY HOURS" shall mean the hours from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Mondays through Fridays (other than Holidays), and (III) the term "OFF HOURS" shall mean all hours on all days other than Rush Hours and Mid-Day Hours.
RUSH HOURS means 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays as listed herein.
