Rush Charges definition

Rush Charges. A surcharge may be added to any services (analytical, pre-formulation, formulation, manufacturing). The surcharge will be dependent upon the service performed. Rush services are available contingent upon availability and prearrangement with a CoreRx representative.

Examples of Rush Charges in a sentence

  • Customer may request an earlier Anticipated Service Ready Date, in which case Customer agrees to pre-pay associated Rush Charges and/or Expedite Charges.

  • Payment of Rush Charges and/or Expedite Charges guarantees TelNet’s best efforts to deliver Services as requested but does not guarantee that Service will be delivered on the date requested.

Related to Rush Charges

  • SLDC Charges means the charges levied by the SLDC of the state wherein the Solar Power Project is located;

  • Track Charges means the charges payable by or on behalf of the Train Operator to Network Rail, as set out in paragraph 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 7 or under the Traction Electricity Rules;

  • Bank Charges means the charges levied by the Merchant Acquiring Bank for Transactions and Refunds. “Bank System” means the banking system operated by any approved bank, financial institution or other body.

  • Non-Cash Charges has the meaning specified in the definition of the term “Consolidated EBITDA”.

  • Contract Charges means charges that accrue during a given month as defined in Article III. “Contract Term” is defined in Article IV.
