Rush Analysis definition

Rush Analysis. For rush analyses, the User Department will most often transport samples directly to the analytical laboratory. To ensure adequate preparatory time for analysis, the User Department will provide notification to the laboratory before samples are delivered. Rush samples may be included in a routine analysis sample pickup, with the rush sample being identified as such. The User Department will provide notification to the laboratory of any rush sample included with samples picked up for routine analysis.
