Runtime License definition

Runtime License means a license to distribute a single Image on an Embedded System.
Runtime License means a license purchased from AGI that is required for authorized access to a Custom Application.
Runtime License means a license to use the Software on robot hardware.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions in this AGREEMENT, you are granted the license to use and to distribute Developed Server Software, provided that you purchase one Server Runtime License for each Network Server operating the Developed Server Software (and/or Redistributable Files called or otherwise used directly by the Developed Server Software).

  • If you deploy Custom Applications to customize, automate, or embed Software for the purpose of selling the Custom Applications, then the associated Runtime License must be purchased for each copy sold or offered for sale on the market.

  • CCAi shall certify in an Appendix to this Agreement either that it will use and maintain the Runtime License from SAP or that it has obtained and will maintain a Full License from such a licensor.

  • PickNik warrants to Customer that the Software which is subject to a Runtime License, when used as permitted by PickNik and in accordance with the Documentation and this Agreement, will operate as described in the Documentation in all material respects.


More Definitions of Runtime License

Runtime License means the license(s) purchased by Customer from PTC for deployment to each core processor on each end target device, platform, or system for the purpose of executing Customer’s Target Software (each such Runtime License incorporating one copy of the Runtime Components).
Runtime License means a license, supplied to CUSTOMER in the form of a License File and a corresponding removable hardware component, e.g., a dongle, that allows CUSTOMER to install and use the SOFTWARE on any computer for an unlimited period of time.

  • End User License means any license terms imposed by any Third Party Vendor on Customers and End Users. “Force Majeure Event” means an event or occurrence:

  • System License means a right to use certain DS Offerings for a specific database instance or as may be otherwise indicated in the Product Portfolio. A minimum number of Named User’s (or Extended Enterprise Named User’s, as applicable) rights to use certain identified DS Offerings may be required in order to be granted a System License. If the name of the DS Offering includes a specific reference to “Departmental Site License”, such DS Offering shall be used only within a particular department of Customer at a particular office, building or physical location which shall be identified in the Transaction Document. Token Based. Use of a DS Offering granted in Token Based mode provides a right to use a determined number of tokens for the duration of the license. Tokens are reserved for one (1) use at a time and when released, are available for other uses. The quantity of tokens required for a given use of the DS Offering is determined in the Product Portfolio and/or in the Documentation, and may be changed in the event of modifications to such DS Offering. Pool of tokens of same type can be accessed and used simultaneously by one or several authorized Users and/or Extended Enterprise Users and/or Machines, as applicable within the limit of the number of available tokens.

  • Software License means a license for the Software granted under this ▇▇▇▇ to the Licensee;
